This program bridges the gap between elders and youth through developmental programming. Families in crisis can call on us for culturally sensitive, competent assessment and referral for other services. East End Neighborhood House serves as the lead agency for the Woodhill/Fairfax Collaborative, which provides a network of services to children and families involved, or at risk of being involved with, the Cuyahoga County Department of Children and Family Services.
